Experiential Depth Psychotherapy

Amanda Morrison

Alongside my clinical practice, I offer consultation, teaching, and training for psychotherapists, ecotherapists, and organizations who want to deepen their work through relational, somatic, and ecologically grounded approaches.

My teaching and consultation are shaped by decades of academic and clinical experience, long-standing involvement in somatic psychotherapy and ecopsychology, and a commitment to helping practitioners develop capacity, not just technique.

For psychotherapists, ecotherapists, and organizations seeking depth, embodiment, and ethical practice

Teaching, Training & Consultation

I offer individual and small-group consultation for licensed clinicians and advanced trainees seeking support in their clinical work. Consultation is relational, reflective, and grounded in the realities of practice.

Areas of focus include:
  • Developmental trauma and attachment dynamics
  • Relational and somatic psychotherapy
  • Working with over-functioning, shutdown, and fear-based accommodation
  • Integrating ecotherapy ethically and clinically
  • Holding power, difference, and context in the therapeutic relationship
  • Supporting therapist sustainability and nervous system regulation

Consultation is well-suited for clinicians who want space to think deeply about their work, refine their clinical stance, and stay connected to their values over time.
